A nice tour through the north shore, across the bridge into the city- AB's first 5K- He asked me to pace him for a 30 minute finish- mission accomplished.

I never knew it could be so humid and so cold... a hilly trek through the back woods of town, and a first place in age group medal

May 25, 2013: Lisa Rosa Flood City 9K (5.6 miles) - 49:14
Hometown run to celebrate the life of a young athlete who passed away 3 years ago as the result of a car accident. This race was organized by some wonderful friends of mine- terrific turnout, and tribute. Third place in age group medal
May 27, 2013: Joey Stoy Memorial 5K- 26:06
It's a... familyyyyy tradition. Hot and humid- just finish....
July 4, 2013: H-Burg YMCA 5K- 29:07

Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon- did not compete due to ill husband :(
